What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of brand strategy, market positioning, and messaging architecture.
• Own product marketing strategy and execute go-to-market plans for new offerings and strategic initiatives.
• Build thought leadership programs and oversee corporate communications, including PR and media relations.
• Partner with sales and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and improve win rates.
• Build and scale the corporate marketing function, initially managing external agencies and partners.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing impact and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Must have experience within healthcare IT.
• Proven success in brand strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership and sales teams.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in a marketing or strategy environment.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build functions from scratch.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience building, deploying, or experimenting with AI agents or automation tools.
• Background in SaaS, managed services, or cybersecurity.
