Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Supervise agency work on assigned accounts, providing oversight and guidance
  • Contribute to long-term account success by participating in client engagement plan development and execution
  • Drive execution and measurement of final plans, ensuring proactive leadership and MIP initiatives are carried out
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the client’s business, category, and competition
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships and lead integration across multi-channel engagements
  • Provide leadership to direct reports and regularly update the Director, Client Engagement with escalation as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant client or agency experience in the pharma/health space, including DTC campaigns
  • Proven experience in client engagement and account management
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

  • Oncology experience
  • Experience working on pharmaceutical or health accounts
  • Familiarity navigating healthcare and client submission processes/platforms
  • Familiarity with interactive campaign and macro strategy development
