Salary: $60,000 — $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Supervise agency work on assigned accounts, providing oversight and guidance
- Contribute to long-term account success by participating in client engagement plan development and execution
- Drive execution and measurement of final plans, ensuring proactive leadership and MIP initiatives are carried out
- Maintain expert knowledge of the client’s business, category, and competition
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships and lead integration across multi-channel engagements
- Provide leadership to direct reports and regularly update the Director, Client Engagement with escalation as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant client or agency experience in the pharma/health space, including DTC campaigns
- Proven experience in client engagement and account management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Oncology experience
- Experience working on pharmaceutical or health accounts
- Familiarity navigating healthcare and client submission processes/platforms
- Familiarity with interactive campaign and macro strategy development
