What you will do

  • Stand up and document the MLR operations methodology to govern regulated content review.
  • Build, lead, and coach a small operations team, including offshore executors.
  • Own the Veeva Vault PromoMats environment, including claims library and modular content strategy.
  • Serve as the senior operational partner to client medical, legal, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
  • Protect launch timelines by aligning creative and media workflows with compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional operations.
  • Deep expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats at the admin level.
  • Strong command of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202.
  • Proven experience scaling MLR functions and managing offshore teams.
  • Ability to lead process conversations with senior client stakeholders.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Veeva PromoMats certification.
  • Agency-side pharmaceutical experience.
  • Experience building managed-services delivery models.
