TL;DR

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 USD (Offers Equity)

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and scale ecosystem partnerships to expand product capabilities and the company's competitive moat.
  • Build and own operational processes, playbooks, and tooling to move partnerships from pipeline to live deployment.
  • Manage global partner relationships to ensure healthy integrations and grow adoption.
  • Represent hirify.global within the broader startup community as a visible face of the ecosystem.
  • Prioritize high-potential startups using structured theses, ecosystem mapping, and data-driven signals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate partner requirements into technical specifications and GTM motions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, product management, business operations, or strategy.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling programs or integrations, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B technology markets.
  • Experience executing multi-stakeholder initiatives cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop theses, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive, operator, and technical audiences.
