What you will do

  • Own and scale strategic search and commerce partnerships, aligning roadmaps with internal teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Lead commercial negotiations from partner evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, sales, finance, legal, and marketing.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for partners, managing roadmap tradeoffs and driving accountability against success metrics.
  • Establish and manage partner operating rhythms, such as business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, including adoption, revenue, usage, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product management within the technology industry.
  • Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, including technical and product integrations.
  • Experience working with shopping, search, marketplace, content, or large-scale consumer platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional operating skills, particularly with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
