What you will do

• Own the end-to-end partner relationship as the primary point of contact for strategic collaborators.
• Define joint strategy and align roadmaps by collaborating with product, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Perform technical diligence to evaluate build/buy/partner options based on business and technical analysis.
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements through the entire lifecycle from deal structure to launch and renewal.
• Establish and lead operating rhythms, including QBRs, steering committees, and executive briefings.
• Own the KPI framework to measure and communicate impact on adoption, revenue, and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or general management of ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships combining product integration, commercial terms, and GTM execution.
• Strong technical fluency and cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, legal, and operations.
• Experience in semiconductors, consumer electronics, cloud infrastructure, or marketplaces is preferred.
• Ability to drive alignment at the executive level and operate comfortably amid ambiguity.
• Must be based in San Francisco
