What you will do

• Partner with law firm clients to diagnose current state and build structured AI adoption roadmaps across practice groups.
• Design and deliver end-to-end transformation programs, covering use case prioritization, change management, and rollout sequencing.
• Facilitate executive workshops and steering committee meetings to translate AI capabilities into strategic choices.
• Develop high-impact deliverables including ROI models, adoption playbooks, and current-state assessments.
• Track and analyze adoption metrics and utilization data to inform real-time strategy adjustments.
• Contribute to repeatable practice infrastructure, frameworks, and toolkits to scale the Transformation Office.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Strong foundation in organizational change, strategy, or enterprise transformation, preferably in professional services or legal sectors.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills for moving from ambiguity to executive recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client presence for building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to independently create complex financial models and board-level presentations.
• Must be based in New York.
