Salary: $67,500 - $127,510

What you will do

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives including data preparation and analysis.
• Build performance reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to quantify business impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize findings into clear client recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI and automation trends to translate them into applicable use cases.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as Celonis, UiPath, or SAP Signavio.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in client environments.
• Understanding of core AI and generative AI concepts and their application in enterprise transformation.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, and governance.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes such as O2C, P2P, AR, or AP.
