What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
• Design platform strategies and IT operating models for complex enterprise environments.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align business and technology leadership on strategic tradeoffs.
• Drive portfolio-level transformation planning, including dependency management and value realization.
• Support large-scale business development through proposal shaping and executive storyline development.
• Mentor teams and build internal capabilities through structured coaching.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of consulting or leadership experience in enterprise technology transformation.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design.
• Strong executive presence and proven ability to facilitate high-stakes decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability in collaborative selling and business development support.
• Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity.
