Compensation: $135,900–$265,880.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
- Design platform strategies and IT operating models for complex enterprise environments.
- Facilitate executive workshops to align business and technology leadership on strategic tradeoffs.
- Drive portfolio-level transformation planning, including dependency management and value realization.
- Support large-scale business development through proposal shaping and executive storyline development.
- Mentor teams and build internal capabilities through structured coaching.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of consulting or leadership experience in enterprise technology transformation.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design.
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to facilitate high-stakes decision-making.
- Demonstrated capability in collaborative selling and business development support.
- Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes under ambiguity and political complexity.
