What you will do

• Manage the CEO's commercial pipeline, tracking active opportunities and owning follow-up cadences.
• Produce executive-quality deliverables, including presentations, briefing documents, and memos.
• Develop creative pricing and deal structures, modeling economics and pressure-testing commercial terms.
• Identify and frame emerging market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
• Support special projects such as fundraising, M&A, and key strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or an Office of the CEO/strategy function.
• Must be based in NYC (some flexibility for SF) and able to work in-office 3-4 times a week.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex situations into narratives for executives.
• High executive presence and comfort engaging directly with senior leaders.
• AI-native approach, utilizing the latest AI tools to improve workflows and output.
