What you will do
- Manage the complete new business lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying to validation and contracting.
- Own a book of business by prioritizing warm leads and named accounts to maintain a high-velocity sales motion.
- Conduct tailored client evaluations, including high-velocity product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape AI solutions for SMB customer needs.
- Develop sales tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve the SMB team's overall performance.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based selling methodology.
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline, forecast metrics, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Experience leading multi-threaded sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in professional knowledge work.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Must be based in London.
