What you will do

  • Manage the complete new business lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying to validation and contracting.
  • Own a book of business by prioritizing warm leads and named accounts to maintain a high-velocity sales motion.
  • Conduct tailored client evaluations, including high-velocity product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape AI solutions for SMB customer needs.
  • Develop sales tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve the SMB team's overall performance.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based selling methodology.
  • Ability to independently manage a pipeline, forecast metrics, and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in professional knowledge work.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Must be based in London.
