TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth and managing the sales cycle for the SMB segment within the intelligent content management domain with an accent on prospecting, discovery, and closing new logos. Focus on executing territory plans, influencing stakeholders, and scaling the customer base across various industries.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office); must be based in London, UK

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery calls, and demos for the Small Medium Business segment (1-2000 employees).
  • Identify and close new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts across all industries.
  • Perform deep research to align hirify.global's value proposition with unique customer business challenges.
  • Influence key internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process forward.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans to capture untapped market opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer meetings within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 4 years of prior closing experience.
  • Previous experience in technology sales is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and sell to executives at all levels.
  • Experience utilizing a repeatable method for identifying and expanding into new territories.
