What you will do
- Develop digital content strategies aligned with commercial growth priorities and buyer journey stages.
- Own the development and optimization of campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, and nurture sequences.
- Manage website engagement strategies focused on lead capture, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience.
- Execute A/B testing and performance initiatives to improve digital engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze content performance across digital channels to provide insights for campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Corporate Affairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, digital marketing, or conversion optimization.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, and customer journey mapping.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills to drive optimization based on performance insights.
