What you will do

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies to meet company goals.
• Create, design, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Manage the social media editorial calendar and LinkedIn newsletter strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and amplify compelling patient and thought leadership stories.
• Monitor social sentiment, engage with the community, and escalate risks.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and report on quarterly goals.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or communications.
• At least 3 years of professional experience creating content across multiple social platforms.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite.
• Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on B2B or complex topics.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
