Location: Macquarie Park, NSW. Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Execute strategic account plans to drive new business acquisition and achieve TCV and mobile growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline creation to final deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives across large enterprise customers.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to design and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Maintain a highly qualified sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and proactive opportunity management.
  • Cultivate new executive relationships through industry events, business chambers, and peer forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience leading and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Proven track record in strategic, relationship-based selling and high-impact sales strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence senior executives in complex organisations.
  • Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
