TL;DR
Channel Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and nurturing relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration for 's mobile and IoT management solutions in the ANZ territory. Focus on recruiting new partners, enabling them through training, and executing collaborative go-to-market strategies to meet regional sales targets.
Location: Must be based in Australia (Sydney), with a hybrid/remote work setup involving regular onsite partner visits.

What you will do
- Execute the channel partner plan for the ANZ territory to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Recruit and onboard new partners in alignment with regional and APAC strategies.
- Enable partners through ongoing training, sales engagement, and education on the ONE platform.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and partners to co-develop account plans and progress sales opportunities.
- Track partner performance metrics and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for the territory.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Sales, Enterprise Account Management, or Channel Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated Channel Sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving channel growth and hitting sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strategy with Director+ level external contacts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for CXO-level interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with internal and external teams.
