What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for DSO, government, and university segments.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Lead complex commercial discussions and value proposition delivery to C-suite executives.
- Manage and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to business strategy as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, government/DSO engagement, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in healthcare, dental, or B2B environments.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating strategic agreements.
- Ability to influence and build credibility with C-suite executives and academic decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel within the ANZ region.

- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
