What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for DSO, government, and university segments.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions and value proposition delivery to C-suite executives.
  • Manage and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to business strategy as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, government/DSO engagement, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in healthcare, dental, or B2B environments.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating strategic agreements.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with C-suite executives and academic decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel within the ANZ region.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
