What you will do

• Lead project meetings, develop master budgets, and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, design, and construction phases.
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to ensure financial compliance.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, space planners, and CAD operators.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and recommendations to clients and facility management teams.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and consultation skills.
• Ability to implement government laws and regulations related to construction projects.
