Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project controls, cost performance, logistics, and project close-out activities.
• Act as the client’s advisor and extension of client staff on infrastructure projects.
• Track project status, prepare risk and progress reports, and enforce QA/QC standards.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to meet qualitative requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and contractors to ensure scope is built according to plans and specifications.
• Resolve conflicts across design, construction, operations, and safety divisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Management.
• BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or Construction Management.
• Ability to work onsite with clients and partners.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with airport stakeholders and contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Experience with LEED certified projects.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, EIT, or licensure as an Architect.
