What you will do

  • Oversee all aspects of medium to large EPC and service projects, including cost, schedule, and quality control.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contributors.
  • Handle project staffing and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
  • Support business development efforts, including obtaining new/repeat business and contract negotiations.
  • Manage project risks related to fixed-price contracts, new technologies, and diverse client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Typically 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and financial metrics.
