Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 USD + Equity

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Recruiting Operations team, supporting career growth and judgment.
- Own and optimize operational systems and workflows to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Design and implement automations across workflows, approvals, data quality checks, and reporting.
- Partner with People Systems, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver tooling improvements and workflow redesigns.
- Manage the recruiting technology stack, defining requirements and driving the adoption of new tools.
- Contribute to an AI-enabled roadmap for recruiting operations focusing on practical automation and governance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, or people systems.
- Prior people management experience within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong operational design skills with a track record of scaling recruiting infrastructure.
- Experience with ATS and integration platforms such as Ashby, Workday, or similar.
- Ability to use metrics and operational reviews to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
