What you will do

• Prepare NAV, book accruals, and perform cash and portfolio reconciliations.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Manage fee schedules, including management fees and waterfall calculations.
• Prepare NAV packages and deliverables according to service level agreements.
• Assist with audited financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of NAV, management fees, waterfall calculations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant status or relevant professional qualification.
• Experience with Geneva accounting software.
