What you will do

• Analyze business trends and financial data to develop reconciliations, reports, and risk assessments.
• Evaluate accounting frameworks and recommend improvements for external and internal reporting.
• Execute process improvements for quarter-end close activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop management reports to evaluate the performance of business units and the organization.
• Provide decision support to leadership by monitoring revenues, rebates, and conducting root cause analyses.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance productivity in financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of relevant practical experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, or CIA.
• Experience with risk management and controls (e.g., SOX).
