TL;DR

What you will do

  • Oversee the full order-to-cash cycle, including order processing, fulfillment coordination, billing, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor the work unit, managing workload distribution, KPIs, SLAs, and general performance.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer or operational issues.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Ensure strong adherence to SOX controls, audit requirements, and internal compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and commercial teams to resolve systemic issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Over 8 years of related industry experience in Order Management or accounting within an MNC or Shared Service.
  • Proficiency in SAP (Order Management module) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience using ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
