What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
• Manage project budgets, including revenue and cost projections.
• Monitor client profitability and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and taxation regulations.
• Coordinate yearly audits and manage relationships with external tax agents.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for non-finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial and finance role within a professional services or marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools like Excel.
• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-finance teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
