What you will do

• Establish and lead the Global Treasury Services (GTS) team to create a robust operational backbone.
• Serve as a global payment approver and ensure strict adherence to payment control processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Treasurers to maintain operational continuity and resilience.
• Manage global banking documentation, annual audit confirmations, and periodic bank reviews.
• Standardize and oversee Group Treasury documentation globally for audit readiness.
• Administrate global e-banking systems and review account management policies.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in treasury or finance with a focus on global cash management in multinational environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling treasury operations or shared services functions.
• Deep knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, and operational risk management.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in multi-region environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
