Safety Manager

What you will do

• Direct and implement regulatory and safety compliance programs in accordance with corporate standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison to regulatory agencies, OSHA, and the Fire Department.
• Conduct property safety observations, Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), and health hazard evaluations.
• Manage and track OSHA-mandated safety training for all employees.
• Investigate team member incidents and injuries to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation departments on safety-related incidents.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant experience in Fire/Safety, Risk, or OSHA-related regulations.
• Working knowledge of State, County, and Federal safety laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
