Salary: $90,000 – $180,000 base

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development and execution of a video data platform.
• Design and build systems for collecting, organizing, and labeling thousands of hours of video data.
• Lead large-scale operational initiatives, including process design and optimization across teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic opportunities into actionable plans.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimize company-wide workflows.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in operations, strategy, product, consulting, or finance.
• Proven track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
• Must be based in or work onsite 5 days per week in San Francisco or Menlo Park.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build in a 0→1 environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large, distributed workforces or marketplaces.
• Exposure to AI data, model evaluation, or technical services delivery.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
