What you will do

• Develop and structure problem statements and conduct comprehensive analysis for high-priority initiatives.
• Prepare and present strategic communications for C-level executives and company-wide forums.
• Own end-to-end project management (PMO) for a portfolio of complex, cross-functional workstreams.
• Identify key business challenges and implement scalable operational best practices.
• Drive decision-making through strategic reporting and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, investment banking, or as a chief of staff.
• Bachelor's degree.
• U.S. Person status is required (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
