What you will do

• Set and manage short-term and long-term business operations goals.
• Implement and streamline reporting and productivity metrics for company teams.
• Coordinate and execute client projects through collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Optimize existing procedures, systems, and internal processes.
• Manage risk and security for business functions in coordination with the Security Team.
• Act as a generalist to solve various growth-related challenges and ease growing pains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
• Proven history of leadership and taking initiative to promote efficiency.
• Experience in client-facing roles and engaging with customers.
• High level of organization and ability to handle multiple dynamic priorities.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
