What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream customer engagements, owning scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Translate AI agent use cases into practical, deployable workflows and clear delivery plans.
• Manage executive communication via SteerCo, C-suite committees, and QBRs to align on business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution between Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop reusable playbooks and governance frameworks to elevate Professional Services delivery standards.
• Mentor Senior TPMs and drive the deployment of agentic workflows from scoping to production.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 7 years managing enterprise-grade SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record of managing contracts exceeding $500K+ and complex stakeholder environments.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong project governance, financial management, and executive alignment capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer sites and company events.
