Client Solutions Associate (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, with potential stock options.

What you will do

• Interface directly with clients to understand and address business needs.
• Own client projects and delivery for hirify.global Data and hirify.global Predict.
• Develop and execute AI-powered solutions across media, retail, security, and industrial sectors.
• Solve technical delivery challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with machine learning, engineering, product, and sales teams.
• Analyze priorities, project results, and client solutions across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–4 years of experience in consulting or business development.
• Technical background in computer science or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, dynamic priorities, and detailed client deliverables.
• Strong independent execution, teamwork, motivation, and organizational skills.
