What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with SDRs to refine pitches and align proposals with client needs.
• Overcome objections using expertise in fintech and white-label exchange solutions.
• Develop customized proposals and present them persuasively to C-level decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for closed deals and revenue generation.
• Manage a lead generation budget for proactive outreach and industry events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in white-label crypto exchanges, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record as a closer with experience in complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into value propositions.
• Executive presence for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Self-starter mentality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taipei.
