What you will do

• Create analysis desks and PPT presentations as decision basis for management.
• Conduct market, customer, and competition surveys including PESTEL to identify trends.
• Generate strategic initiatives and concepts supporting regional sales aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify and develop new business fields in existing and new markets.
• Support top management in strategic business planning and update internal departments.
• Steer international cross-business unit teams, moderate workshops, and drive partnerships for R&D and sourcing.

Requirements

• Master’s in engineering, MBA or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in business strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, business development, or management consulting in marketing and fast-moving consumer goods.
• Proficient in business-level English (written and spoken).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong skills in market analysis, business case modelling, strategic frameworks, and financial analysis (NPV, margin modelling, pricing).
• Knowledge of marketing digital products.
• Experience defining and executing strategic initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Business strategy consulting experience.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects across levels, countries, and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders across cultures.
