What you will do

• Work directly with litigation and regulatory lawyers to identify workflow pain points and recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Translate legal workflow insights into concrete product direction for engineering and product teams.
• Build and refine product demonstrations tailored to litigation and regulatory use cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to legal teams, facilitating workshops and strategic customer conversations.
• Shape the product roadmap by ensuring hirify.global evolves in ways that legal professionals trust and adopt.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in litigation or regulatory practice at a top-tier law firm, government agency, or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and challenges faced by litigators and regulatory practitioners.
• Executive presence with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with legal professionals.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos and strategic engagements.
• Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action.
