Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office/week). Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive case management, including coordination, outside counsel management, and risk spotting.
• Conduct fact investigations, document identification, and witness management.
• Execute and advise on legal preservation workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Communications, and Executive teams.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance team operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Experience in an innovative technology company, law firm, or in-house legal department.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
