What you will do

• Provide legal advice to people and product teams regarding AI enablement and automation.
• Manage a broad range of complex employment legal matters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team to support scaling efforts.
• Oversee strategic initiatives, including legal training and management of outside counsel for employment litigation.
• Develop and lead processes to scale legal support for employment-related issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience at fast-paced technology companies or technology-focused law firms.
• JD and valid license or qualification to practice in California (CA).
• Strong expertise in AI-related employment laws and federal/state labor regulations.
• Experience managing complex employment litigation matters.
• Strong judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
