Location: Onsite (5x/week) in Boston, MA, United States
Salary: $53,200 - $66,000 Base Salary + variable compensation

What you will do
- Prioritize and target accounts using an intent-based research approach.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social selling using multi-threaded strategies.
- Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, using BANT and MEDDPICC.
- Manage inbound leads and create qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM to accurately track all interactions and meet quarterly quota targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience in researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts.
- Must be based in and able to work onsite in Boston, MA (5x/week).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
