TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth within the large-market segment by managing the full sales cycle with an accent on consultative selling and building trusted relationships with HR and business leaders. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $77,500 - $90,000 base + bonus/commission (OTE $160k - $180k)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for large-market prospects from qualification to close.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer business objectives and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive acquisition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and closing deals with mid-to-large organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate business value effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
