Account Executive (Fintech)

Compensation: $150,000 - $155,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle deals from initial demo through to closing.
• Research and target potential customers using prospecting tools.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate the platform's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Document all sales activities and progress within Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a startup.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to SMBs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Must be based in the United States.
