What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and market approaches.
• Manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, resume databases, and networking.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and manage the assessment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offers and drive candidate acceptance.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Grand Forks, ND.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven experience in a Production/Manufacturing or High Volume environment.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred.
