What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, from talent sourcing to final decision-making.
• Mentor the recruiting team to ensure members reach hiring goals and advance in their careers.
• Develop and maintain reporting metrics to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to build new roles and explore innovative ways to reach diverse candidates.
• Ensure compliance of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) procedures and assist with data audits.
• Manage talent acquisition initiatives including employee referrals and university recruiting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Proven background in leading a full cycle recruiting team.
• Familiarity with the Bay Area talent market.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented capability to handle multiple dynamic priorities.
