What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into recruiting strategies and role definitions.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for business roles, from sourcing through closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative sourcing.
• Design structured, fair, and effective interview processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights and data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with People Operations on offer design, negotiation, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on business, G&A, or corporate functions.
• Proven track record of hiring for Operations, Finance, Legal, People, Recruiting, and Strategy teams.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent databases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and hiring managers.
• Data-driven approach with experience using ATS and reporting tools.
• Location: Based in San Francisco.
