Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

Faros is building an engineering intelligence platform that provides operational context to help AI agents and engineering teams operate with greater accuracy and trust.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role profiles and hiring tradeoffs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes, including ATS management and pipeline hygiene.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to build robust candidate pipelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to San Mateo, CA
  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience building recruiting processes from scratch or being an early recruiter.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for technical roles such as engineering, product, or AI.
  • Strong understanding of ATS tools, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a closely related talent or people operations role.
