Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Mateo, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

Faros is building an engineering intelligence platform that provides operational context to help AI agents and engineering teams operate with greater accuracy and trust.
What you will do
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role profiles and hiring tradeoffs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Design and improve recruiting processes, including ATS management and pipeline hygiene.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to build robust candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to San Mateo, CA
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Prior experience building recruiting processes from scratch or being an early recruiter.
- Familiarity with recruiting for technical roles such as engineering, product, or AI.
- Strong understanding of ATS tools, reporting, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a closely related talent or people operations role.
