What you will do
- Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to propose competitive product improvements.
- Prepare project-specific pricing, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Negotiate long-term service contracts and manage contract amendments or renewals.
- Develop pre-sales strategies in collaboration with legal, business management, and sales teams.
- Present service offerings with professional cost-benefit argumentation to external clients.
- Manage internal approval processes, including risk reviews and KYC, before handing over signed contracts to operations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in service sales, business development, or commercial roles within industrial or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and delivering commercial results.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and service agreements, such as LTSA.
- Solid understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks in complex business environments.
- Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and project-based teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
