What you will do

• Execute core marketing programs and brand priorities at a local level.
• Manage the student marketing program, coaching student marketeers to drive brand relevance.
• Oversee the state Event Vehicle program, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and creators in local scenes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities drive product availability and sales.
• Support local logistics and administrative tasks related to team operations.

Requirements

• Must be qualified to work in Australia
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Melbourne and wider Victoria local scenes (music, sport, culture).
• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of execution.
