What you will do

• Localize global brand and product marketing campaigns for the Australian market and develop local initiatives.
• Execute integrated marketing efforts, coordinating with creative teams for production and optimization.
• Plan and execute key brand events and activations, including official mass participation partnerships.
• Develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns for hirify.global Retail channels to optimize performance.
• Manage influencer marketing strategy and execution in collaboration with a local agency.
• Oversee local social media channels, including content generation, publishing, and community moderation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia and able to work from the head office at least 3 days per week.
• Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Robust project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
