What you will do
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key customer advocates to turn them into brand champions.
- Develop a strategic portfolio of high-profile customer brands for case studies, testimonials, and industry events.
- Manage a database of public and private references to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to identify and extract impactful customer success stories.
- Oversee the production of high-quality advocacy assets, including professional video testimonials and written quotes.
- Track and optimize the usage of advocacy assets to ensure maximum impact on brand credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a customer advocacy program in the B2B technology space.
- Must be based in or have work authorization for North Sydney (Australia) or Singapore.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong organizational and project management expertise.
- Experience managing advocacy pipelines and hitting quarterly growth goals.
