Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Manage the Commercial & Affinity leads platform, including lead collection logic and reconciliation.
• Support paid and organic search campaign operations in coordination with global COE members.
• Coordinate asset production and feedback across internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Produce weekly and monthly report packs and maintain performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Pacific Brand and practice marketing teams to deliver digital channel insights.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with privacy and data governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing analytics.
• Must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms, Google/Adobe Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Comfortable with campaign setup workflows and documentation.
