Senior Manager, Third Party & Contract Risk

What you will do

• Lead and enforce the Third-Party Risk Management program for Supply Chain, including risk tiering, policies, exceptions, and oversight workflows.
• Monitor supplier performance, incidents, compliance, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain enterprise policies, SOPs, risk assessment templates, supplier scorecards, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Assess contracts for insurance, indemnity, regulatory, and compliance risks, including COI requirements and coverage gaps.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve escalated third-party risk incidents.
• Partner with Legal, Sourcing, ESG, Compliance, and business units to embed risk controls, provide training, and improve due diligence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in third-party risk management, insurance, compliance, or vendor governance within a large or regulated organization.
• Deep understanding of contract risk, indemnity clauses, and insurance language.
• Experience managing vendor risk policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with CLM systems, COI tracking, and audit protocols.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
