TL;DR

Senior Manager, Third Party & Contract Risk: Leading the third-party and contract risk function to ensure supplier engagements align with corporate policies and regulatory expectations with an accent on insurance, indemnity, and supplier performance. Focus on driving enterprise-wide visibility, managing risk frameworks, and partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Sourcing, and Compliance teams.

What you will do

  • Own and enforce the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program for the supply chain.
  • Oversee contract risk assessments, insurance requirements, and indemnity gap resolutions.
  • Develop dashboards and risk reports to provide executive-level visibility.
  • Partner with Legal, Sourcing, ESG, and Compliance to identify risk exposure and support decision-making.
  • Monitor supplier performance, incidents, and compliance with risk protocols.
  • Train business units on policy expectations, due diligence, and escalation procedures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management, insurance, compliance, or vendor governance.
  • Deep understanding of contract risk, indemnity clauses, and insurance language.
  • Experience managing policies and SOPs related to vendor risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CLM systems, COI tracking, and audit protocols.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Business, or Legal studies preferred.
